Representative Millett moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                                               
House consider the Senate message (page 758) on the following:                                                                  
                                                                                                                                
    CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 72(FIN)                                                                                               
    "An Act making appropriations for the operating and loan                                                                    
    program expenses of state government and for certain programs                                                               
    and capitalizing funds; and providing for an effective date."

            SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 72(FIN) am S                                                                   
    "An Act making appropriations for the operating and loan

There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                                                                    
                                                                                                                                
Representative Millett moved that the House concur in the Senate                                                                
amendment to CSHB 72(FIN), thus adopting SCS CSHB 72(FIN)

In the event the Senate fails to recede from its amendment, the                                                                 
Speaker appointed the following members to a Conference Committee                                                               
to meet with a like committee from the Senate to consider the above
